A Moment of Global Synchronicity
Each day at 6:30 AM Pacific Time, people around the world pause together for a shared moment of compassion and prayer. Though separated by distance, culture, and belief, many hearts focus on the same intention at the same time. Psychologists describe this kind of meaningful timing as synchronicity — a moment when events align in ways that create a deeper sense of connection and meaning.
When individuals breathe calmly, focus on the heart, and send intentions of peace and goodwill, these simple acts can foster a shared feeling of unity across the planet. In this way, a quiet personal moment becomes part of something larger — a synchronized wave of compassion circling the Earth.
Global Prayer Moment
The Global Prayer Moment is held each day at 6:30 AM California Time because this moment connects many parts of the world while people are awake. At this time, morning is beginning across North and South America, afternoon is underway in Europe and Africa, and evening has arrived across much of Asia.
This natural overlap allows people from different cultures and countries to pause together in a shared moment of prayer and intention for peace, healing, compassion, and goodwill for humanity.

Community Prayer
There are moments in life when our hearts feel heavy, and it may be difficult to pray clearly on our own. In many spiritual traditions, asking others to pray with you is considered a powerful act of faith and humility.
When more than one soul holds the same intention for peace, healing, or guidance, prayer becomes stronger through shared compassion and unity.
Sometimes people ask for an advocate in prayer — someone who can pray on their behalf when they feel overwhelmed or unsure of the words to say. The support of others can help lift the heart and restore hope.
Many spiritual teachings also remind us that prayer flows most clearly from a heart that is open and sincere. Forgiveness is an important part of that process. When we release resentment and ask forgiveness for our own mistakes, we create space for peace, clarity, and healing.
The Oneness Circle exists to support one another in this spirit. When you share a prayer request here, others in the circle can hold your intention with compassion, kindness, and goodwill.
Together we remember that none of us walks alone, and that when hearts unite in prayer, love and healing can spread farther than we imagine.
Bible — Matthew 18:20
“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
Bible — James 5:16
“Pray for one another, that you may be healed.”
Qur’an — 2:186
“I am near. I respond to the call of the one who calls upon Me.”
Bhagavad Gita — 9:26
“If one offers Me with love and devotion even a leaf, a flower, fruit or water, I accept it.”
