Prepare Your Heart Before You Pray

This page offers two practices. The Heart Practice is used during the 6:30 AM Global Prayer Moment — it prepares your heart through tapping and breathing before you Light a Prayer. The Watch Your Thoughts practice is a personal self-awareness exercise you can do anytime during the day. It is not part of the global prayer.

Begin with the Heart

The practice cards below guide you through a simple heart-centered moment of awareness. By tapping your heart center, slowing your breath, and focusing your intention, you help shift your attention from the mind into the heart. After completing the practice, press “Light a Prayer.” This symbolizes adding your intention to the global prayer circle. Each light represents someone, somewhere in the world, pausing to hold peace, healing, and compassion for all beings. Together, these small moments of awareness create a shared field of kindness and unity.
